Ken’s career began as an electrical engineer, where he improved operational efficiency by developing software to integrate data from multiple legacy databases. He later transitioned to creating software tools designed for marketing, focusing on website development, lead generation, and digital marketing. With a strong foundation in inbound marketing, Ken now leads REInvestor Guide, where he specializes in generating high-quality leads that connect seamlessly with lenders ready to close deals.

Bill Rice has over 20 years of experience in financial services, mortgage lending, and fintech. Before entering the industry in 2000, he served in the U.S. Air Force and worked in counterintelligence. Now, Bill is passionate about helping people gain financial control and freedom through sound advice and tools. He regularly shares his expertise through writing, speaking, and media appearances.

Content Studio Director
Julia graduated with a B.A in Journalism from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 2018 and is now a Content Strategist for digital marketing agency Kaleidico. She produces and writes content that focuses on the mortgage sector, but also has experience writing about marketing, construction, and homeownership.
